Congrats! Great cache for #300. Did all 5 of you make the trip!!!

Well we managed to get to 4 caches in the park. Starting at 2 pm limited our time to about 3 1/2 hours, and with a big fat DNF on Triple Tree (sucked away 45 minutes!) Thanks for the fun though, I shall surely be back in there.

Is there a local cacher you know or could contact who would volunteer to maintain your caches for you? I have never done this myself, but I have talked to others who have.

Or I can just drive past Campmor on the way up. Goto Ramapo reservation and hit Campmor on my way back down.... therefore Ramapo Reservation is on the way Work with me here people! I have workmen visiting the house between 10:00 a.m. and 3 p.m. ---- What the heck is that sort of time window frame!!!! It gets dark at 4:30 now!!!

Not sure if I can get a POW on this one for Sat 30th. I want to goto Campmor so Ramapo Reservation is on the way, right?

This cache just plain beats you up! I tried it 4 times last year and finally made it when there was about 2 feet of snow cover. I could see the cache from 200 feet out!!! I would highly suggest either a canoe trip or waiting for the snow. Bottom of Lake Passaic caches I and III are perfect for the plucking. They are a nightmare (read my log) during the summer and easiest during the fall. You may even find a WG$ near BOLP III since I dropped one in my hasty retreat. I forgot to sign the log so guess I will be back out there soon. Does anyone else have lonely caches near them?

Not decided. Ramapo is also on my shortlist. Palisades is easier to get a POW card since she likes hiking there.
