The silver version is sold in the store, the gold version is only available in person from a lackey.

A trackable coin to commemorate this event has been minted and will be sold at the event for $11 each. Because of the significance of the day, the coin features a red poppy associated with Veteran's Day. The coin colors are unique to the Michigan event.
It is entirely possible that that line was added after the event page was published. I am fairly certain that approvers do not get notification every time a cache page is edited.
Or they have a liberal approver.

Nope it wasn't added afterwards. I wrote the line as quoted except I didn't say trackable when first submitted for publication. I also put the artwork for the coin when originally submitted. Once I said trackable it was published and it hasn't been edited since......
Trackables items are allowed to be mentioned on an event page.. Non trackables are not.

Thanks to Guido and his crew gcf eu cologne was a huge success. I attended the early meet and greet with no snow, vanelle, nielsenc dhenninger, mustangjoni, hedgehopper, lackeys Tom and Annie. And 500 others. Then got up at4am for a birthday and 5 country bus tour, again with the lackeys. Drove to the meet and greet, which was held in a concert hall. The main event was amazing, huge! Never seen so many caters and coiners in one place!
Huge, huge thank to the crew for putting it all on. See ya in Lisbon!

the Geocoinfest 2 Europe will be in Lisbon, Portugal. You can start making
your travel plans....
The date hasn't been finalized. But it will probably be in august again.

I'm confused. The picture on geoswag's presale page looks like the artist edition, not Scheherazade. Which is which?
As I mentioned in the email.
AE has red
scheherazade has orange
They look quite different in person. The first coin in the thread (post #1) is the scheherazade version.

I just noticed something on the art that's missing, but is shown on the coin - Do you see it? That's not final art you're showing is it? <grinning>
I have spotted it. There is actually 5 or 6 of them that are missing. And if you look close you'll notice that the ones that ARE there are in a different order.
