I just wanted to let you know that when I got home today a box was waitng for me
Mission 1 has made it back to the US Shores.
This package made it from a land far away and had some very unique items in it, some I want to use right now but think I should put these on my dresser so they stay nice.
I will tell you that the treats inside have not been so lucky so far as a matter of fact it apears as if another one has just gone missing
The coins are so nice I do not know what to say other than THANK YOU!!!!!
Our family has been so busy lately we have not been caching but I think this may just put us back into the game we are heading out again over Christmas looks as if Dad might be entering something special into the GPS for the trip
Will post some pictures soon.
I will get the mission moving and post when it does.
Thank you Opalsns for getting this mission started.

Getting close to the end...
Watching the Olympics thisnking of all of their dreams.....
Still time to get yours in
-
Well the opening ceremonies are now a part of history and the first nation flag was that of the country that is the keeper and originator of the Olympics, Greece, who by the way has 3 Olympic athletes competing; so by my count , there were 15 countries that had only a single athlete in the competitions.
Name the 15 countries and an Inuksuk Coin will be the reward.
Rules, post answers here even if it may not be complete (help each other out) and later after I’ve returned from caching I will either declare a winner if all the countries named that I noted during the ceremonies that had a single athlete or I'll help in the cointest.
This part of the contest is open to all

Can I ask my 11 y/o daughter what her dreams are and post them for her? She probably would get frustrated trying to type it up herself. Or does she need to type it up herself?
Hello mud4X4 you certainly can help type, as long as the dream is her's

This sounds like something so simple but I don't think I have ever asked my kids anything like this. Should be interesting!
What gave me the idea was that my parents always ask my Brother and I what are dreams are and then they ask again, and again when they stop changing, sort of like Zariah, they start to encourage those dreams.
Then they help us work to make those dreams a reality.
My parents helped me with my dream to be a dancer, now I teach dance as well, I have my own class an I am helping some other little dreamers reach their dreams......
KINDA COOL

What an awesome cointest! I think you should let adults participate but only cachers under 18 can win. I only say this because no matter a person's age, they almost always have dreams they can work towards.
Actually, come to think of it. Ignore that. I'm going to start a cointest for the adults that is the same. I hope that's okay! (Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!)
anne.and.eli without your gifting of the coins this cointest would not be possible so I love the fact there will be an adult version of this cointest......
GAME ON
-
Well a while back anne.and.eli had a cointest it was:
COINTEST: Dreaming of Resolutions!, Ring in the new year
I was Post #27
Here is my original post:
OK I am going for shameless here:
My dream is to get the Follow Your Dreams Coin.
I will tell you why, so I do not seem so.... I like the symbolism of the coin the ragged little pony that dares to dream of being the beautiful Unicorn.
How many of us are there out here that Dream to be well what we can only imagine.......
P.S. If I win this coin I have a special goal in mind for it I will re-gift it to one little girl or boy who like I dares to dream to be more..... I am sure they are
much more deserving than I.
I have cointest in mind for it already.
I did not win the cointest but anne.and.eli had sent me a coin for me to use in the cointest and one for myself. I am going to give them both away one to a
Young Lady and one to a Young Gentleman.
I want to make sure the GOD’s of Fate continue to smile on me so here is the cointest I promised.
I want to hear your DREAMS and what you are doing to make them come true, out of all of the postings I will pick two stories and award them a
Follow Your Dreams Geocoin.
Rules:
1. All Participants must be a kid under 18 years.
2. You must tell me what your dream is and what you are doing to make it come true.
3. This can be a dream you have achieved or one you are working to achieve.
4. You can have your parents help type your response for the younger cachers.
5. You can enter once for each dream you have.
6. I love to see your pictures, so post if you can, not a requirement.
7. The cointest ends February 14th, 2010 @ 5:00 p.m..
Example:
I want to be a Dancer:
I have signed up for dance lessons and practiced everyday for the past 10 years I am now able to do do the following styles, Tap, Jazz, Ballet,
Pointe, Contemporary, and Lyrical.
I have competed my styles and won many trophies, and competitions, I have performed in many recitals. I have now started taking Ballroom lessons as well;
I practice this style many times during the week.
But knew I was a Dancer when a little Girl watched me DANCE and came up to me and said I want to be a Dancer just like you......

For 2010,
I would like to get in a health routine that would prepare me to go an a Breast Can cer Awareness Walk-a-thon.
Finish the House interior.
Go to a NASCAR race and meet and greet (lol) Tony Stewart
Hello Opalsns,
Great resolutions I did the Relay for Life and I love it I am hooked on doing it again and again.
See my TB: Relay for Life Travel Bug TB26Y7A
As for the NASCAR Race they are great fun, I would tell you to pick one that not everyone heads to maybe POCONO the inside the track activities are the best.
I met Kasey Kahne there he was riding around on a Golf Cart with other Drivers kids just having fun.
I know Bristol and the 2nd race is the holy grail but my family and I like some of the others for the rest of the activities.

Would ya'll like to find this un coin in yer cache?
I sure would just let me know how....
-
Here are some I like:
Equus Latin for Horse, or horse, steed, mount
Alban - Patron Saint of refugees. If your horse or foal has been rescued, Alban may be the
right name Alban would also be a good name if your horse is protective of others.
(This car protects the Cachers and precious cargo, and you rescued her)
Boaz - From the Bible. Since Boaz means "swiftness" in Hebrew this may be the perfect name
for a horse that can run fast.
(Good for those FTF's!!!!)
Thought you might like the Horse thread
