  1. Thanks for your feedback. I was just experimenting using a website.
  2. I'm still working on it. Do you have any suggestions or pointers?
  3. Check out this website I made for New Jersey geocacher's. Here you can talk about geocaching in New Jersey and about New Jersey. Let me know what you think, it's the first site I have ever made. The address is http://funksb2002.topcities.com
  4. I am starting to plan my second cache race. I will hide a second 10 cache's all over in New Jersey. To make this race more enjoyable I want to take your suggestions on places to hide the 10 cache's. All suggestions are greatly appreciated.
  5. How about a chain that would be put in every county in every state. Only one would be allowed per county. It may take a very long time.
  6. I have recently thought of a new idea for a cache chain. The name would be the Interstate cache chain. This would be for people who like to go on road trips and would want to stop for a quick caching break. The goal would be to have at least one cache per interstate in each state. This could become the largest chain if tried. What do you guys think? Is it worth trying?
  7. Merry Christmas to everyone and a Happy New Year of Geocaching
  8. Along with Balpate Mountain Park, my three other favorite parks in New Jersey are Washingtons Crossing, Allaire State Park, and Holmdel Park.
  9. Congratulations to Team Ekitt 10 on being the first team to complete all 10 caches in the race. Also thanks to Joelsd on coming in second. These 2 teams have driven over 400 miles to complete this event. Congatulations!
  10. It took a while to hide all ten cache's and to get approved but now the big hunt is one. It is set to start on September 28th. Visit the link: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.asp?ID=36263 Please participate.
  11. Besides in a cache were else can you get Where's George bills and can you turn an ordinary one dollar bill into a WG bill?
  12. When you fill in the report on the hide a cache page, how do you set a date for the event?
  13. I was wondering what your favorite ten parks in NJ were to cache in or just to go on a hike? My two favorites are Baldpate Mountain in Mercer County and Washington Crossing State Park.
  14. Team Ekkit 10 knows excactly what I am going to do. Although there will be only one starting piont. The cache's will range from the Northern most part of the state to Cape May. Maybe I should make this a two day journey where you will find the first 7 of 15 cache's the first day and the rest the second. Should I split the state hunt into 2 days?
  15. I tried to reword it better and I thought of a few more ideas.
  16. I like the name of GeoDashing! I was going to hide 15 caches all over the state. They would sort of make a loop around NJ. Each cache would have one of the words to complete the sentence. At the end you must form the sentence and then you win the prize.
  17. I was thinking about having a compitition in New Jersey were people would Have to find 15 cache's which have clue's to the next cache. When you get to the 15th cache there will be a prize. I was wondering if anyone would be interesting in participating. Also if you know any good parks all over the state. Thanks
  18. This is cache that is world wide that you can do from your home. Visit the site at www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.asp?id=12627 You translate your name into coordinates. Geoman007 translates to 43* 33.267N. This latitude goes right through upstate New York by Watertown. Part of the cache says you need someone near those coordinates to email you a picture of their GPS at those coords. Please email me a picture along with your geocaching name if you live near this latitude. Thanks! [This message was edited by Geoman007 on August 14, 2002 at 01:55 PM.]
