  1. Being a newby ourselves, our general rule is to assume someone is not a cacher unless it is obvious. I don't think I would assume a GPS attached to a stroller is just that unless I can tell by their behaviour. My question is this: if it seems someone else is a cacher and is waiting for us to go on by so they can get a cache should we go away or what?
