  1. Found this today in an email of a TB I'd found, ' Location: Northwest England, United KingdomBillRoach retrieved English Counties Explorer 300 (Travel Bug Dog Tag) from C&N2 Dairy Crest at 8/9/2010 Log Date: 8/9/2010...and the quest comes to an end. ***This has been "groped" (GROup for Environmental Protection). The container and it's contents have been removed and destroyed. Your environmental vandalism will NOT be tolerated. Before any of you morons bleat on about us removing this "geolitter" (your phrase not ours!), remember that dropping LITTER (ie these pathetic containers) is a CRIMINAL offence punishable by a fine up to £1,000. So please, feel free, go into the police and make a complaint. *** *** View Log GC1T2ZG is the cache code, logged today
  2. I also use a Nokia N95. with Geocache navigator (a free dopwnload) and have used it for all the caches i've done so far and don't have any problems with it at all. It's on a Three mobile tarrif so data is included and I think it's a great all in one unit, as i can sneak of and geocache anytime anywhere. You can also if you don't want to use the internal GPS unit, use a bluetooth GPS which also works well. My brother uses the later (bluetooth gps) on his Nokia 6120 again with geocache navigator. If you have a PDA and a bluetooth gps, then the software 'cachemate' (small fee, about £6) is also good, although you need to download a gpx files before you set off, but acts as a good backup for when the phone battery dies, or even as a backup gps. 3. HI Blue Deuce, I wish it was this easy,I'm the bug owner, and just keeping track of it's location. I know that it's not in the cache that the log says it is as I've been in contact with the last person who visited it and they tell me that it's not there. Hi to Reddeeps and Dakar4x4, Many thanks for the offer to re issue using the copy tag (which I do have, at least thats something) I will bear thought to this, but I'll give it another month or so, in the hope that the original will turn up somewhere. It also happened to one of my brothers geocoins which did turn up eventually, all because the cache didn't remember to log it untill a couple of months later (though isn't that half the fun, logging what you've found) still we live in hope. 4. This is a call for Information or maybe it'll serve as a reminder to whoever may have it and NOT logged it yet Earlier this year I sent out 3 TB's named after the boys so that they have something to track and watch. However Joshy's Discovery (REF TB21P6P) was last seen in Elliedaagon's Common Cache GC11NK2. Since July it appears to have dissappeared which of course has made a youg boy very unhappy, so I thought a quick post on here may give some clues to it's location or at least let you know that it may be out there somehwere and you might find it somewhere while your out on your geocaching travels. Hoping it'll turn up soon, LRMedic
