How so, there are topo maps, pictures from satelites and road maps... How can they not be detailed enough? What exactly are you looking for?

Be patient, it's been four minutes. Just go to any cache page and their's a whole list of map options, just try them out. I bet they all have canadian maps...

Has anyone ever been on like a white house tour with their GPSr in their briefcase/satchel type thing? I was just wandering cause I'm planning a trip up there this summer, and I'm getting tickets for a tour from my senator, and I don't think it would be very efficient to go from the suburbs (where the hotel will be) into town without my GPS so I don't get stopped at the security checkpoint and then have to go back and get the gps...

Thanks QM, the main reason I was asking was that I was just wandering about placing a cache there once I get a few more finds, and there've been two caches their in recent history, so I was just wandering if their was approval and stuff...

Yes, the virtual rules are strict, but you can always place a traditional nearby and mention that the monuments in the area and that it's worth checking out...

Okay, I just noticed that a local cache is on state owned land but it doesn't have the proper permit required for state parks... The thing is it is actually a battlefield run by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, but DCNR is somehow thrown into the mix. I was just wandering if the DCNR permit is required for all state land, or just state parks/forests, or what's up with that. Is the cache legal? Btw, if anyone wants to know, I'm talking abuot the Bushy Run Cache, (no clue what the waypoint is)

I think that maybe if you get a where's george bill and put it into a cache, that's normal circulation because what's to say that normal people don't normally put money in caches. I mean it screws up WG by just trading them cache to cache, but it shouldn't be as much a problem that they ban it... Who's up for a petition/email campaign? lol...

Just tell his host that he is promoting vandalism and/or theft... And as he'd say, since caches are private property being put into public domain, then he's also promoting vandalism/theft of PUBLIC property...
