We are going to Emerald Isle as well but we are leaving the end of this week. Do mostly caching and take in a few sites...but mainly just to vacate from work.

Gosh, to hear this cacher is kind of disturbing. We cache for fun, never looking at contents before we go for it. Caching for us is doing something with our boys. It is exercise and most of all it is the love of the hunt. If you are seeking coins...etc look at purchasing them. Most coins in caches are for moving along not for keeping unless it is unactivated. Not sure why this cacher is so upset. Caches are found by muggles who don't know what they are and some are lost forever...never mind just a coin. You are looking for the wrong reasons for caching.

Hi all, We are in NC... We are new to caching and I have lurked into the forums for general info. a couple of times. We started geo & terra caching as a family not that long ago. When we stumbled onto geocaching neither of us realized that it was so big. So many caches and so little time to cache, due to jobs.

We cache as a family and are supported by computer tech job with Ethan Allen and pharmaceutical manufacturing with Actavis. We are new to caching but we are enjoying it. We have planned our vacation and we are even caching during that time also. We have also joined the Terracaching family and are picking up terras along the way.
