I am having this issue with Chrome and Edge, but Firefox works fine. However, I hate Firefox. I have found a workaround. The issue is with the Search geocaches map, not the Browse geocaches map. They are on different URLs, so if you go to https://geocaching.com/map, this will work fine. If you go to https://geocaching.com/play/map, this does not work. I hope this helps.
