Cool thanks I found it and tried it out for fun but when I tried to save it gave me an error "500 internal error" but looks like it would be a great tool when done!!! One final thing...How do you guys log you found caches?? just in a book or a program on the computer??

Been a member for a while but recently bought us a new Garmin GPS map 60csx and we did our first 2 caches today(with success as well)!!! Looking forward to more tomorrow thanks to the mild winter thus far in Ontario!!! I also upgraded to premium membership today...is there anything else that I can do now that I am?? any extra chaces or anything that now show up???

I just bought the gpsmap 60csx and I just download the caches to my ipod touch 3g and could use it for the paperless part...it stores all the info on the itouch....get a good case for it as well..I just got an otterbox for my touch...very nice case for it!!

I finished the download either way and am still seeding!!

I can confirm that this is a bug, and that I hope to have it fixed soon. (will require a new download ) The problem is, the entity type I chose for lakes (Blue - Unknown) doesn't shows as white in mapsource (go figure). Can you confirm that it does NOT show on the GPS either? Can you see *anything* else wrong with the maps? (I don't want to be going through this whole thing again in a short while). I might as well syop the DL then for now....keep us posted!!

[Downloading now...does it save as an .iso file then I just put it on my sd card?? Once I get it I will seed all week as well!!

Well I was unsure about the PN-40 in Canada since it is heavily promoted in the US so I just went and ordered the 60Csx as it has be proven time and time again to be a very reliable unit...should be next week...and can start some easy caches to start....likely better in the summer but atleast I will be able to run it good by then!!

We just ordered a GPS and should get started next weekend..so our first goal is our first family Cache...but there sure is alot of them in our area...looks like fun!!!

What about using the pn40 in canda?? I am in ontario...does it have topo here for us??? any deals around here to buy one??

Jan I am in the same spot looking for one...gpscity has about the best deal for a NIB unit..I am thinking of getting one tomorrow...I have a code for free shipping as well....its cheaper than buying the 60cx from canadian tire

I am stuck at what do buy...the dakota would be nice as it offers paperless caching, but the gps 60csx has a long standing great review...we have a nuvi for our car but I want to make sure if I am spending a few bucks it is a unit that will last us, have no worries of dropping signals..etc anyone who can help out would be great

Has anyone used the Garmin eTrex Vista HCx GPS Receiver and the Garmen 60Cx?? I know for sure the 60Cx has the serf? antanea but does the etrex get the same kind of reception thru the woods??

Was leaning to the 60Cx or the 60CSX...other than the csx has a barometer and the compass..not a lot off difference...only about 35.00 difference in price too

I am looking at a few units...I already have the Garmen NUVI 370 for the car so just want one for geocaching...Was looking at the Garmen GPS60, the GPSmap 60 or the GPS 60Cx. Are they all going to get the same kind of reception?? or lose signal in trees?? I tried the garmen legend and it was horrible for losing the signal so I wonder if these are better?? I really don't care if it is color or not and do any have any topo maps for Canada?? or do you just use the software loaded on them??? Any help would be great...I can get the Garmen GPS 60 for $150.00 and the GPSMAP 60 for $200.00..so wasnt sure what to do
