I own a SporTrak, a budy of mine has an eTrex, and in over 40 caches and one climb of half dome we've noticed very little difference between the two. I've heard from others that as you get into the more high-end GPS market that Garmin is just a little better. But it just boils down to the fact that He's a Garmin man, and I'm a Magellan man.
