  1. I wish we can attend this fun cache event but we most likely to be 2 hours north. I saw 3 of my caches in the route and Bert if you want to you can add a 4th (GC1GE73) Rock around the block. We will see if I can get the other half to say ok to going to this and not going to my brothers stables. But we will see.
  2. Well we had a bit of a problem with our last account and it was due to hackers so if I can avoid it I do. But the main reason is I just don't want to wait for shipping lol. Wanted to do some caching this weekend and set one free on it's way. And this is the first time I have started looking for a coin or 2.
  3. We might just do that this weekend Thanks for the invite.
  4. There I think i got it in the profile there now.
  5. oops sorry I forgot to say where we are just a little and not enough sleep lol. Yes Washington is where we are and Covington is the city. I thought I had that in the profile here guess I need to fix that. So if you are anywhere in WA. I can make a little caching road trip to you lol.
  6. Hello all I love the trackables tb's and geocoins alike. And i have wanted to buy some but don't want to order online. And was wondering if anyone locally had some they wouldn't mind parting with. We are still new to all the geocaching and all but we are learning. So if you live near us please let me know and we could meet. I would like to get 3 to start me off 1 to set free this weekend and one in 2 weeks the other well that's for me. Thanks Brian & Chrissy AKA havic427
  7. Hi all we are still new to geocaching and all and I have been wanting a coin or 2 but don,t want to order one on line. Would love to look at 1, 2, or 3 in person then buy them. 1 to be set free this weekend 1 to be set free in 2 weeks in Montana. Does any body in my area that would be willing to sell me? We live in Covington, WA.
  8. Well, it was a very good time to be had. WE conquered the Snoqualmie Pass road closure and icy road condition. Believe me, That was quite an experience to say the least. It isn't a good feeling to feel your car starting to slide and worse yet to see the Big Rigs in the next lane - that thankfully was ahead of me by a couple of axles- slipping into my lane and the fact that I was only going between 10 - 14 mph and nobody in the next lane. It was then that Speeding Element put my vehicle into 4-wheel lock so I go into the Next lane. I am so grateful that he has a calming voice and kept ME calm but with white knuckles . My first cache machine was great. Not quite the comradity that I've heard so much about. That was probably due to the fact that others more than likely due to the fact that we weren't there as planned. We did find YeOleImposter to let us tag along until we lost him. Then, we found a trio of brave guys that we hooked up with to help each other out . Thank you for the opportunity to do a cache machine. Fairyhoney I have to agree with you on the comradiry thing. We were really looking forward to meeting and chating with fellow cachers during the cache machine and met a few but when it came for the after dinner we felt a little left out no one wanted to introduce themselves but thankfully we did share a wonderful dinner with a great cacher that was there by herself and we invited her to sit with us at dinner. Thank you Caliber, Master Sargent Mac, and Intrigued2.
  9. We are only up to about 80 caches but love caching in the seattle metro area we live kind of in the south east corner of the metro area for seattle and there are some good caches at flaming gyeser state park one we still need to find oursevles and the danville/george town area has quite a few too that were alot of fun. If you want to get together while you are in town we always love meeting other cachers and going out hunting. Team Havic427
  10. 12. Hello first time poster we are fairly new at caching but love it and I think it about time to introduce ourselves our user name was supposed to be team havic but for some reason the sit wouldnt take the username so we went with our usual screen name havic427. We are a family of six who would have until just a few weeks ago sit around the house playing with our animals (on our othe forums we are known as the havic zoo). Or the children arguing with each other but now we out hiking and working together. this is a great activity for the whole family. We hiked atleast 5 miles this weekend, we were exusted at the end of the day but the kids went to went to bed with out argument tonight...lol...it is usually a fight to get them into bed but tonight we said go to bed and they said ok and off they went and fell strait to sleep. thank you geocaching gods for giving us this wonderful sport. havic427 Brian, Chrissy, Dilyen, Dakota, Chyanne, Sierra oldest to youngest signed this time by Chrissy
