  1. We are still beginners at Geocaching, but are already tired of (and feel bad for) printing out pages and pages of cache information. We want to go paperless, and have already started looking at Pocket PCs/PDAs in the $100 range, and we want to make sure we are getting what we want out of the device. We want to have the same information we would receive from the print-out displayed on the screen (Map, hints, attributes, waypoints, etc.). I guess what I am saying/asking is... will the GPX File have all of the information that appears on the printed-out version? We are using a Garmin Legend HCx, and plan to use the Pocket PC/PDA as just an information device. I realize doing this will require an upgrade to Premium Membership to Geocaching.com (no problem). So - with the above in mind: 1 - What would be the best unit to purchase? 2 - With this unit, what would be the best Freeware application to use on the device? 3 - Are Pocket Queries hard to use? Will they work with both my Garmin and the suggested Unit? Thanks! ~Tommy and Justine Team DJcopydog
  2. I am in the same boat as the poster. Looking for something that will allow us to save paper and work with geocaching software, nothing too fancy. If you know of anything (or have suggestions of where to start looking), please shoot me a message, too.
