Tried all of that ... looks like the problem may be on the GC site because the field notes are for several GPS ... and I can't delete them...

I suggest that you try this: 1. Open Cache Register, 2. Look at the white ? at the top and click on it. 3. Select the subject Troubleshooting and proceed, 4. I would follow all the instructions of deleting all the CR related files from both your PC and PN.

Any one having trouble with Field Notes and PN-40? I can't get the Field Notes on GC to clear ... when I click clear they go away but soon as I download new field notes the old ones are back and the new ones on the PN-40 using CR are not ... any ideas? This was all working good until I installed the new firmware...

The redirector for "Free Account" sends you to the paid premium account set up ... is this a mistake? Can you still establish a free account?

I actually saw the coin on the dealer in Germany that was mentioned in the post ... they sell the trackable generaic coin but say there is no activation code needed ... Groundspeak says differently... I will see about a picture....

The site is right ... when I quiz the activation code I am told there is no activation code for the coin ... that one is not needed ... the coin DOES have a tracking number on it .... any ideas?

I have a Garmin 60cs and I purchased a Garmin navigator for PC with a satilite received Garmin 18 ... this product came with City Select software ... I would like to use this software on my 60cs but when I upload some maps, the maps do not unlock... is this because I need new unlock codes for my 60cs? I have searched Garmin website to no avail... ... I read somewhere that I could use Mapsource on two or less Garmin products...if this is true how do I unlock the product to use on the 60cd? Thanks!

Very happy with the film canister idea and have put out close to 50 so far ... One thing that I have not seen mentioned is that labels will not stay stuck to the film canisters...you are wise to add a piece of cellophane tape around the label to keep it held in place... My label was approved by the gang at Groundspeak in a timely and friendly manner ... I was happy and impressed... Texas Geocaching

I notice that some of the cache entries have a background theme and I am wondering how this is accomplished... I am aware that the code is there but do not see any place to enter the code or the image and it is obvious that the image is generated at Groundspeak level (ie: <body background="http://img.Groundspeak.com/cache/95688_200.jpg" >

I am so happy with this software that I am telling and demostrating it to all I meet ... I would like to contribute a little extra over the $7.00 to help in development...do you have a way that we can add to your account through PayPal? Also wonder if it is possible to add to the "nearest cache" list the catagory where the waypoint and name are stored ... this could be either in the list orr in the individual record selected from the list so that you don't have to rely on memory for the ones you have already found... make sense?
