Wouldn't "FTFWA" be WITH as well as WITHOUT assistance?!

We're visiting Tallinn, Estonia for a few days next week and were wondering if anyone has any TBs they'd like to be dropped off there or taken and brought back to clock up some miles etc.
We are also hoping to pop across the Baltic on a day trip to Helsinki, Finland but cannot guarantee this as the World Championship Athletics are taking place there and we haven't pre-booked transport.
Interested? Email me via my profile.

I did a 9 mile sponsored walk on Monday with the kids from the school where I work and managed not to take the GPS with me.
I DID, however, check to see if there were any caches en route and the only one I found I have done a couple of times already!
What was more weird to me was going on a walk without a dog - pointless!

I will be 41 next month and I look a lot younger than I am, which is fine by me!!!

My TB Harry isn't far behind on 31,723 miles.

Just picked a Staffordshire Knot as I have that on my weather station site at www.chestertonstaffs.co.uk and I live in Staffordshire so why not.
Why knot, indeed!!!
(ducking judiciously!)

'Cos it's my favourite photo of hubby and me, taken on the summit of Ben Nevis which we climbed together 3 weeks after we first met. It was one of our first dates!
Our friends said... "you'll either be rowing furiously about 'whose bright idea was this' by the time you get back down to the bottom or you'll be the best of friends."
In reality, we were leaning on each other (literally) for most of the way down because our knees and ankles were aching so much... and we got married 7 months later!
PS: To see a larger version, double click on the photo on my GC.com profile page.

Looks like mine's gone missing or been kidnapped!
At least it managed to go all the way around the world before it went missing.
Hooray! Harry has been found and is on the move again.
Unfortunately, too late though as the race ends today.
At least I might be able to get him home now.

... 'cos I'm a Leo and someone else had already used "Lioness"!

Big Congrats.... soon have North Yorks mopped up.....

Trying !!!!
Start of May I had 80 left to do, and with a good cache total for May finding 45, taking into account new caches I now only have 37 left !
Its quite a challange !
Hehehe! Tell me about it!
As soon as I completed half a dozen, someone would go out and place a few and my net difference would be MINUS!
At least when I found them all there were only just over 150 caches to find but I do agree with the distances and terrain factors.
Oh... and congratulations on your 300. You'll be overtaking me any day soon.

Having actualy been at Altcar Ranges when the Range Guard (not the one which over looks a cache) fell asleep resulting in a couple of bikers riding up and down in the overshoot area, personally if I saw the flags I'd head the opposite way as quick as possible. This problem is not exclusive to just cachers, it happens a lot with Walkers as well, Hollcombe Moor Training area (where the Krypton Factor Assault course is) has a major problem with people ignoring the flags.
I'd suggest putting in extremly big red leters at the top of the cache page When Red Flags are Flying do Not Enter the area!
Dave
When Red Flags are Flying do Not Enter the area or YOU MAY BE SHOT... DEAD!!!
If that's not clear enough then there's not a lot of hope for them anyway!

Don't most mobile 'phones have a camera nowadays?!

I stopped by the cache tonight and I'm sad to report that Harry is not there. It's possible that a new cacher grabbed him and doesn't know how to log it properly.
Many thanks for taking the time and trouble to go to the cache and have a look for me.
Hopefully, whoever has him will log him into another cache soon.
Unfortunately for me, he is in a race which ends in a couple of weeks time.

We're hoping to visit the Canadian Rockies over Christmas this year and so maybe I should flutter my eyelashes a bit more and blow a few more kisses to see if we can get any help with some caches!
Or some help with some accommodation
-
That would be great.
Thank you - it's much appreciated.
You smooth talker, hehe. Fancy seeing you in here. I just came here looking for help with "Where's in a name" and see you fluttering your eyelashes asking for yout race bug to be moved, hehe.
Good luck!
Hiya Stuey!
Well... it can get a bit emotional in the UK forums sometimes so I thought I'd chat up a few lovely Canadians and see if they can help me out with my TB.

I have a TB which is in a race currently in a cache on Vancouver Island (see my thread HERE) but it looks like Curious George might be able to pick it up for me.

That would be great.

This is a polite request to anyone in British Columbia and specifically Vancouver Island.
I have a TB which is in a race and the race is due to end on 17th/18th June.
My TB has been all the way around the world and has clocked up nearly 30,000 miles. It is now "stuck" near Victoria on Vancouver Island.
I was lying in 1st place but I have just been overtaken by a competitor.
Can anyone please help to move my bug and preferably, take him on a long trip somewhere?
His name is Harry and (hopefully) he can be found in THIS geocache.
Many thanks in advance.

We had a really enjoyable holiday and amazingly didn't even need to use our bothy bag! The scenery in the Dales is simply stunning. Many thanks to everyone, especially Leoness and Sleepless42, for their recommendations. There were far too many caches to do in a week so we'll definitely be back!
Gary & Jane
I'm pleased to hear you had a good time but then I knew you would!!!
I just took a look at your stats and notice that you made it up at least one of the three peaks whilst you were there. Now you're just going to HAVE to go back and do the other two!!!
-
Just out of interest... will you be stopping to do all the caches en route?!
-
I believe they filmed the fight scene in the river for "Robin Hood : Prince of Thieves" at Aysgarth Falls and I think we got to see Kevin Costner's bottom in the same film at falls !!!

<<< hangs head in shame for promoting own cache!
Maybe (if I'm lucky!!!) someone will have to give me a spank!
Is this really classed as promoting own caches? Someone asked local cachers if they knew where there were caches accessible from the Ridgeway, who better to answer than the very people who have set caches accessible from the Ridgeway?!?!
I can't see a problem with that
Aw! Does that mean I don't get my punishment?!!!

If you think Herts is big, try finding every cache in North Yorkshire!
