We have encountered two rattlesnakes already this year. We had a early and very warm start to spring so the snakes are out early. We have learned that we just have to be aware of our surroundings and to have a long stick handy before reaching into areas that are obstructed by brush or rocks.

What you probably found was Raccoon poo! They will usually defecate before climbing to their tree nest.

I once grabbed a lizard that was sunning itself on top of the cache, when I reached for it! I was relieved it wasn't a snake!

my next guess is Morning Glory. Morning glory species belong to many genera, some of which are: Calystegia, Convolvulus, Ipomoea, Merremia, etc.

I would like to guess "Marigold" Genus: Tagetes of the family Asteraceae (aster family)

well...for those of us who live in America...It's a free Country and so we are free to do what we want with our OWN geocoins! As long as the guidelines allow for deleting old logs on a geocoin then I see no problem with it. It's only an Icon FGS!

WRONG! This only apply's to Geocaches Not Geocoins!

Well on used cars one is not allowed to mess with the mileage. According to Eartha, this coin had traveled ZERO miles so it had no mileage! There was only a few boring discoveries from a single event. There should be an option when adopting geocoins, to delete all previous logs without notification being sent to previous loggers, that their log was deleted. This would stop the hurt feelings.
