Tried to update manually using the updater supplied with the download. Although the updater "sees" the GPS, it continues to report that the unit is not responding. I have properly operating USB's with installed drivers. I regularly update all of my GPS units (4) via the web updater and Mapsource. I suspect the update program supplied with the download is the culprit. Anyone have this issue?
