  1. I've had mine since it was first introduced. Love it for driving. It's a little complicated to transfer cache files, you have to convert them first. The biggest dissapointment is that there are still no topo maps availabe and the topo basemap is not adequately detailed. Also, it's really not waterproof enough for serious trail or marine use. If you put it in a dry box it's bulky and you can't operate the touchscreen. Other than that it's great:) Seriously, had I not purchased it I would never have known how much I would use a streets GPS. ive just been inputting waypoints manually, i still need to get an SD card writer to actaully upload them all at once yeah the ipx4 rating does kinda limit its use, but for what i do and where it sits in my jeep it'll only get lightly splashed once in awhile if that, and thats only if my doors are off yeah the light topo that it has, is just that LIGHT, very very light lol
  2. anyone else using this one? got mine for my bday and i love it only issue i have is only being able to zoom into a 1":200' ratio in the outdoors mode

  4. hey all just wanted to drop in and say hello my name is chris i live in bradenton fl (near a few other members) im an automotive tech by day, weekend jeeper (lifted and modified cherokee), and cache newb just got my first GPS, its the magellan crossover (aka roadmate 2500T), used it to successfully locate 4/4 caches me first night out the other night had a blast, can't wait to get some more free time to go again, hopefully when its a little lighter outside
