You said you went to DC - after looking at my and Cz's logs - there are some pretty cool regular caches on the outskirts and some inside the city. Someone was looking for numbers...tsk, tsk. Well I did get 35 virtuals in DC... but that's all they have there.

Joe, what I said is that I am buying cigars for eveyone who hits 1,000... Besides I can't even afford to smoke four Cohibas a day myself... the size I like cost over $20 apiece.

I found an ammo can cache that was "placed" under water at a dam... for weeks. And the contents were dry. So I would say that if they are in good condition... they are waterproof.
