[What Smartphone should I buy?]

I have been geocaching for several years with my Garmin eTrex Legend without a problem, but I have always wanted to do paperless caching and be able to find nearby caches on the fly. I am overdue for a phone upgrade from AT&T Wireless and was wondering what phone would be better for geocaching, Droid or i-Phone? Does anyone out there on the AT&T network have any suggestions?

[Garmin TOPO US 2008 CD-ROM vs MicroSD Card]

I just acquired a new Garmin eTrex Legend Cx. I am using it for geocaching. I wanted some Garmin TOPO maps to load on it so I was planning to order the Northeast series on a micro SD card. I thought that would be easier than the CD-ROM, since I don't plan to go caching outside the NE region anytime soon. I'm wondering if I would be better off ordering the CD-ROM and a 1 GIG blank micro-SD card so I would have extra room on the card for other files. Here is my question: What kinds of files do eTrex people put on the micro-SD card besides TOPO, and where is the geocache info stored on the GPS?
