Are these limited production (ie only 500 or so made) or are they going to be mass produced, like tavel bugs?

Geobuddy is not for rookies and other questions

Check out GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife) It rocks Great support forums, You can filter your caches almost limitlessly, macro support to automate many functions. And much much more, check it out @ gsak.net -
CO 300 problem with transferring caches
Icebreaker replied to IndiHM's topic in GPS technology and devices
If pocket queries rock then GSAK really rocks I takes your gsk files and create a database of caches you want to find, have found and have placed. I shows logs, status of the cache (archived and such) distance from home, the possibilites are almost endless. You can filter the database to say show only caches that you have not found that contain travel bugs, then export that to a gpx file. There are also macros to do many things. Actually there is one to export a gpx file to the Colorado (I recommend it, make it alot easier). Check it out, it makes caching alot easier. -
I am sorry if this has already been asked, I searched for them but couldn't find anything. 1. When setting up the Colorado for geocaching, what should the Map datum & Map spheroid be set too (I currently have none/WGS84 respectively) 2. Is there a way to add a owned by tag on the startup screen as with GPSmap 60Cx. Thanks for any help you may provide

Are your sunglasses polarized? I have noticed my polarized glasses make it difficult to see any LCD display no matter what colors I used. Just a thought

What Would You Ask Garmin - III
Icebreaker replied to BlueDeuce's topic in GPS technology and devices
To be able to load more than one GPX file and be able to choose which is displayed. The ability to use independant DEM to produce 3d displays (ie load a canadian DEM for a mapsource canadian map) Increase the geocache limit, or make it unlimited I'd also like it to do my housework for me (sorry couldn't resist) -
I'd be in for a set also, just to get my toe in the door.

Charlottetown is in Prince Edward Island Sydney, Halifax & Yarmouth are in Nova Scotia Bathurst is Northern New Brunswick Fredericton is Central New Brunswick Saint John I'll give you but I concider it more South West as it's usually grouped with Saint Stephen and Saint Andrews. So Again why SENB???????????

I used a Touratech mount with a RAM arm. works great and looks a heck of alot better than the plastic Garmin mount. Note: RAM claims that you have to modify (Drill) the plate to mount it on the Touratech. There are two extra holes in the back of the Touratech that line up perfectly to the RAM plate http://www.touratech-usa.com/shop/media2/0...923ECF15068B369

I'd like one black nickel and one antique copper for shipping to Canada (as long as it's not too expensive)

My favorites seem to only come from two people Crake (tracking Time, Texas Bluebonnet, NAVSTAR, Monarch) Hogwild (National Park Series & The Lewis & Clark benchmark) I'd also have to include the POW, GBA & Quebec coins amongst my Favorites.

Icebreaker replied to Train_Man's topic in GPS technology and devices
I've noticed with my 60CX that since updateing to 2.71 it takes longer to get a lock. Almost as if SIRF is disabled. -

Anyone know what happened to the Quebec geocoins? Ordered over a month ago and have not heard anything about them. Logged in and all I get is "PENDING". Any info appreciated Icebreaker

Any word about shipping? How many left for purchase?
-
Got 3 also

But they haven't shipped. I just logged in and shipping on my coins are still "NO" So here we are approaching when you said, in another thread, March would ship and Feb still in lmbo. I think that others are getting frustrated, I know I am. Where is the incentive to buy these as they appear in the store. I for one am only going to buy ( pending positive reponse on coin design) when I see others are recieving them in the mail. For those sellers with coins coiming out, I am also thinking very seriously for never buying from the store again. I just find them very slow, with the exception of the CITO coin, and unreliable. My money can do alot more sitting for months in my bank accout, than it can do in theirs. My $0.02 worth
