  1. There are still existing themed caches -hidden in different countries- where you have to trade hints (found in a primary cache) with foreign cachers to find a secondary one. If you have a closer look to the IMC caches hidden by qwertz you'll find the detailed explanation how it works. Have fun, italofila
  2. @manpy57: you are allowed to help out a second time, but then you have to log only a "note", not a "find". Quite simple... Happy Hunting italofila
  3. The fellow cacher who helps to complete the cache has not convert his name! One converts the name, the other takes the requested pics. Have fun italofila
  4. I vote for sTeamTraen, because Nick is not only an active "lonely" cacher in France. He is also restless to make Geocaching more popular and organizes an Event next May! (I'm from Germany, have already had a Jeep TB in my hands and have noticed that there are some more traveling through Germany; so I'm not your candidate) Keep on hunting italofila
  5. I think you'll have more success contacting directly a local cacher: Look for caches near your Lat/Long line and email the owner or former finders. Normally they are living in that area and won't have problems to get to the spot. Hope that helps, good luck italofila
  6. In Italy aren't so many cachers; try to contact the owner (or former finders) of caches near Noceto. I think you'll have more success this way! Good luck italofila
  7. How did you convert your nick in the coordinates mentioned above??? (To log the "Where is in a name"- Cache you must convert YOUR nickname in ONE coordinate -N or S or E or W- the second coordinate is given by the cacher who helps to complete the cache and who takes the requeired pictures) Keep on caching italofila
  8. Try to contact local cache owners or cachers of the region you are visiting by email. Good luck (and Happy Hunting) italofila
  9. Are you sure that the setup of your GPSr was correctly adjusted ? ( Did I understand it right that you had a list of the caches in Singapore, but that you've had trouble with your GPSr in the field ?) Keep on caching italofila
  10. Try to find a partner here (Nordic and Baltic Forum) ! Good Luck italofila
  11. I did this one with the help of the Veltkamp Brats today. Thank you for your support! Best wishes from Germany italofila
  12. That's a good idea; if there's someone else who can get credit for that: great; but otherwise I'll be glad if you help me to claim this one! I'm looking forward what will happen; thanks in advance italofila
  13. I'm a cacher in Germany and I'm searching for a partner to claim Where's in A Name together. My nic converts to a latitude of N 37° 14.52X. This latitude crosses through many States as California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. Now I need to find somebody who can take a picture of this location (the longitude can be any value; it's your choice!) with his/her GPSr and email it to me. Than both can log it as a find. Hope, there's somebody over there to help me! italofila
