Hi all, here i sit at the side of the road with my Blackberry playbook trying to work out how i can find the nearest TB to me so that i can collect and take to my home area. I often use trimble on my BB Torch which is great but sometimes i just want to move TB,s and cant do this on Trimble. Any ideas?

thanks guys, i appreciate the help. Unfortunately as i already have full UK maps on windows mobile i'm reluctant to change. Also trimble geocache navigator is free on a nokia so why pay... and i've been down the route of downloading loc and gpx files to my pc and then transferring them via active sync and i feel this defeats the object of having a stand alone pareless system. I work away quite a bit and dont want to be lugging my laptop around. I think i will just wait for trimble to write a dedicated windows mobile navigator application, as i use it all the time and love it. thanks again

I'm trying to find a mobile that will allow me to use Trimble geocache navigator (or similar) and memory map , any ideas? Is there a windows mobile equivalent of geocache navigator? thanks guys

Hi, i had a Nokia E71 for a week, great Geocache Navigator works so does Google Earth/maps, but i'm used to using a nokia 6110 navigator plus my road angel adventurer with memory map which shows the footpaths on OS mapping. I'm thinking of changing to a palm pro or blackberry bold, to try and have everything in one package, i would like to stick with memory map as i have all of the UK maps. I love the Trimble geocache navigator software but to combine tha with memory map would be great, I use my phone for satnav and business too. Question: does anyone know if both trimble and mem map work on thes palm pro or blackberry bold?

I have a RoadAngel 7000 Adventurer check out memory-map and click on the union jack (UK) i find it is excellent, works great with PQ's and GSAK, also does roads navigation not sure if it works outside uk tho, its waterproof and has a mountain bike mount too..Paul

Hi, i have recently bought the road Angel 7000 Adventurer which is both a road satnav and also uses Memory Map for off road mapping, i bought it for off road driving and it is great better than a paper map but with the same detail. Now i have discovered geocaching i tried the gps yesterday and it was good, its waterproof and easy to use....have a look Road Angel 7000 hope this helps paul smile.gif
