Bayou Talker

I just ran a My Finds query and imported the data to GSAK. The field showing the date I found the caches is blank. Is this correct or am I missing something? I have used this in the past and the dates were shown.

I saw this too and thought it was a good feature. It sure was better than seeing a note that more than 500 caches were in the view. How about if it only showed up this way after a certain zoom setting? That way you could see the caches in less dense places without cluttering the map on a wide view.

I very recently started geocaching and just purchased a 60Csx and would like to have the other hunting icons too. Would you be willing to help out another new cacher too? I just noticed your location, we are almost neighbors. I live in Bridgeport, Al just down the road. Maybe we will meet someday.

I got a new GPSr yesterday too! I broke down and bought a Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx. My old one was working fine but this one is so much better. It only took a few minutes to find my first cache with this one. Merry Christmas to everyone!!

I heard about geocaching a while back on television and thought it would be fun, then I got busy and forgot about it. Last week it was on TV again and I decided to give it a try as I already had a GPS. To make a long story short, a co-worker and myself found 5 on our first day!! I am already trying to decide what my next GPS will be. I can already see that this is going to be addictive! Thanks for the welcome and I look forward to meeting some of you in the near future.
