  1. Pepper, tried to be first on your new cache, right after work, but you got me. I'll go back when I'm not dressed in a suit. -Mark. Will cache for food
  2. Ennis, Texas. I think I'm busy that day. Will cache for food

  4. I was in the neighborhood this afternoon going for the Chili Today... cache and when I got home I noticed the Barbie cache posted. I could have made it a two-fer. Congrats Fizzy on the FTF. Pepper, looking forward to your new cache. Sounds like there is a lot of Blood, Sweat and Tears in it....hmm, sounds like a good name for a cache! -Mark. Will cache for food
  5. I also have the Canon S110 ELF and love it. It takes great pictures and fits in my pocket. It also has a stainless steel exterior which I like. I think the S300 is comparable but with a higher optical zoom (and price tag). Will cache for food
  6. Congratulations Pepper on the FTF! Sounds like it was a fun race. Yea, should have bet real money, or at least a Where's George Dollar. Will cache for food

  8. Looks like that would make a nice, waterproof, cache container. Hmmm... Will cache for food

  10. I'm stuck at work too. And my GPS is at home in the oposite direction. Should we take bets on who get there first? My money's on Pepper. Will cache for food

  16. I've come across First Place ribbons in many caches with the name of the cache written on the back. They're cheap and you can get them from any party supply store. I've got 3-4 of them. I usually put a first, second and third place ribbon in my caches. However...I am looking forward to snagging one of Johnnyb5's walking sticks! -Mark. Will cache for food

  20. Good idea, I'm planning to leave some behind on upcoming backpacking trips also. I think you would be okay with high quality tupperware type containers that can be frozen or microwaved. Most of the "trashed" caches I come across are that way do to high number of people opening and closing them, and trying to shove more into them than they will hold. quote:Originally posted by georgeandmary: I've got one cache picked out that is a 9 mile hike into the Emigrant wilderness. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it this year. But it's on my list of caches I'd like to hit. George, Sounds like the one on my list for this summer, (Gem Cache). I was going to hit it last year but things got crazy. -Mark. Will cache for food

It appears to be by invite only. (No on the IM.) -Mark. Will cache for food
