Yes the ones I got will accept AA in place of the NiCd. Although the charge lasts well over 24 hours on standby (monitoring).

Charlie the Crawdad wanted me to let everyone know that he had a great time camping with us at GeoNap's birthday!
Even though the next morning he woke up a little hung from too many PBR's and all the second hand smoke...don't worry - he said he won't hold it against you Oregone.

Awwww...man, HotTracks on the 27th sounds FUN!! But that's also the night Steve Burns has a live concert at Dante's for his new album "Songs for Dustmites".
(Anyone here have kids that used to watch Blues Clues? That is Steve, but he is not playing "kid" songs.)

We didn't show up cause our sitter fell through at the last minute.
Wish I would've seen this post earlier....we could've thrown them in the car and gone anyway. Although, I don't know if this event is 'approved' for a 3 year old.
