magellin tech support told me to do the google chrome, did that and still didnt work, he told me had to be chrome version 31, i quit fussin with it out of frustration, he said tech support was looking for a compatabilty solution...gues i need to download chrome 31?

i can no longer download caches to my magellin explorest gps ? i called magellin tech support, they said it is due to an incompatability with internet explorer update incompatability. i could download google chrome 31 for now untill they get the bugs worked out? anyone having this problem too? heard of this?
