I use cachemate and it gets all the information from the website for each individual cache plus the 5 most recent logs for it. In order to transfer the gpx files to your pda you will need to use cachemate or gsak or some other program made for that. It gets plenty of information on there for you.

sort of. Some people have coins minted with their logos and stuff like that and then put them in caches. Some geocoins can be tracked on individuals websites if they set it up like that.

I use mapsend topo with my meri gold. I dont think you will need the streets and tips because the mapsend topo has a pretty good amount of street and highway info already on it.

If you did a maintenance on your cache and then logged a note, wouldnt you write in your note that the cache is ok and you just did maintenance on it? That is what I would do.

timaford is deciding if he wants everything or just the yellow with the protector. Once I get his decision I will post here and if any are interested in whats left you can let me know. A word on the legend, as I said it works, but it needs a lot of work to get to be an everyday unit. It gets satellite reception just fine but the joy stick is stuck quite a bit which makes inputing or changing settings tough to do. If timaford doesnt take the legend I think I will sell it for $40 which would include shipping. Thanks for the interest.
