  1. Hi, Does anyone know how to add the "My Stats" info to the outlook 2007 e-mail. I know how to create a signature file, but when I paste in the code that is provided on on GeoCach I see the actually html code in the test e-mail I send to myself. Anyone know how to do this ? thanks Bonnie

Eric, Thank you very much for the fast action taken on this matter. It is very much appreciated as is the fact your provided me a credit for the days I could not access my account by moving my experation date to today. Thats great customer service. Bonnie
  4. Good Day, on 11/29/07 upgraded to Premium membership, all worked just fine (paid via paypal), then on the 30th I was back to basic membership. I looked at my account status and realized that my begining and ending renewal dates were the same ! on 11/30/07 I opened a trouble ticket explaining the problem, to date no response other than an automated response. I'm losing days as this issue moves along, any suggestions ? Am I no impatient, I'm just real excited about getting out and caching ! I understand this is a large site and it may just take longer than what I hoped. Thanks ! Bonnie PS: Ticket ID: PPL-968903 Subject: Membership Expiration for Premium incorrect Also, I couldn't access the troubleshooting area to get a status on my ticket, it says I don't have the right permissions, even though I was logged in to the site.
  5. Thank you to everyone who took the time to re-assure me that its not unusual to miss your first few tries. A fairly local cacher has offered to take me out for an afternoon of hunting. I know if I can get the hang of locating the cache I'll be good to go! I will go out and visit the two I missed, keeping in mind all of your suggestions to see if I can find them on this new go round. thanks again, Bonnie
  6. Ok, I know that I'm new at this so I'm trying to go slowly and learn how to do it right. So I have my Tilt GPS and BeeLineGPS software, I've downloaded a bunch of waypoints and picked out a few easy ones near my home. My definition of easy is 1/1 on the difficulty and terrain. I've read all the logs that say great find, easy find and all have been located fairly recently. Maybe not challenging but I figure its a great way to start out. Now I've gone out twice looking, to two different caches one in a parking lot and one in the woods. My GPS has brought me to within 30 feet of the co-ordinates both times. I've searched as much as I could but couldn't find the caches. One is a traditional ammo box (woods) and a micro/mini (parking lot). Are the caches hidden inside something ? Just camouflaged or in the open ? I know I've been very close both times, but can't seem to understand what I should be looking for. When selecting easy to find caches should they not be fairly obvious to the hunter? Any advise would be appreciated, I'm kinda discouraged at this point. Bonnie Exeter NH
  7. Ok, I took a leap of faith and joined up tonight even though I wasn't sure it would work It does YEAH !! I created a query, recieved the e-mail, unzipped it and synced to my Tilt and it read the file just fine. So I am in business and hoping to do my first hunt this weekend. Bonnie
  8. I'm brand new the Geocaching world and so still learning all of the lingo, software and hardware. I'm am starting out with the GPS that is build into my AT&T Tilt cell phone and planning to use the BeeLineGPS software. This software will import GPX files fine, but there is no mention of Pocket Queries. Does anyone know if this software can import Pocket Queries ? I have just a basic membership at the moment but plan to upgrade once I'm sure all of my "parts" will play nice together. Thanks ! Bonnie
  9. I've had my AT&T Tilt phone for about two weeks now and I"m very pleased with this phone. After much searching through both Freeware options and paid software, I've finally found what I think is the right software for me. I found the http://www.visualgps.net/BeeLineGPS/default.htm < BeeLineGPS > it found the built in GPS with out any problems and with in a short time I had found and loaded up 54 waypoints for my local area. This software costs 30.00 for registrered version, after a free 30 day trial. Active forum and a good manuel are also available. Bonnie
