  1. Got my order in and paid. Now the hard part, waiting extra time cause I'm in Canada.
  2. Any new info on the sale or pre-sale of these at geoswag.com? Was looking at there site and there is nothing new posted and thought that you may have a bit of an inside scoop.
  3. Any idea on when these will be shipping? I know it is a presale but just looking for a time frame.
  4. Came down to two but I picked the one that took me the most work of the two to get. Love seeing a lot of older coins. Thanks for the cointest! kayn
  5. Choices are dead easy for me : Men- Canada Women- Canada Sledge- Canada
  6. The special invite is acheived by e-mailing Groundspeak and requesting one from what I have been led to believe. The Original Stash is the first geocache that was ever placed, GCGV0P. Mission 9 (GC1169) is one of the two remaining Project A.P.E. caches that was placed in conjunction with the Planet of the Apes movie. The only other one that is still active is in Brazil. Hope this helps some! kayn
  7. Keep an eye on that auction place. They pop up on there once in a while.
  8. Well I'll throw my resolutions out there. 1. Is to lose weight this year. 2. To expand and grow my new business. 3. To cache as often as I can (owning my own business makes this tough sometimes) 4. Place the micro series I have ready so cachers here can keep caching in the winter. 5. Make my geocaching trip to the Geo-Triad as I had planned to last year and couldn't make the time because of opening my company. 6. Hope to hit 500 caches and have my kids along on a lot of those. kayn Thanks for hosting the cointest !
  9. I am not sure that interest is dropping off. I think that some of it just may be that a lot of coins are bought by lurkers like myself so it may seem like interest isn't there. Also I know as I have developed a like for certain metal combos and themes I tend to gravitate towards those coins( BN is not always a choice people offer). I would make a pathtag as a personal sig item but if I could ever come up with something I was ever happy enough to turn into a coin I wouldn't hesitate to make one.
  10. Avroair, can I get in on another set?
  11. Avroair is that Musketeer coin an AE ? I have never seen the colour combe before.
  12. Mine showed up today. Woah!!! So happy I got in on this. I have never seen that finish in the Musketeers coin before,BN with Gold and Green. Love 'em all. I'll get some pictures up as soon as I can. Thanks for the chance at these great coins.
  13. This is a hot coin. I hope I can get my hands on a couple. Love pretty much anything Egypt or Egyptian themed.
  14. Great looking coin. Any idea on shipping to Canada?
  15. E-mail sent. Hope I managed to grab one of the last ones. Correction- Woo Hoo made it in on one of the last lots.
  16. I hope that whichever companies do have Christmas coins come out, that they produce and ship a little sooner than last year. Last year I got mine AFTER Christmas which wasn't very cool At least they were'nt for gifts.
  17. I managed to get in on the LE set as well. I was wondering if anyone knows how many LE sets were sold? BN is my favourite finish in most coins anyway so I was happy to get em all.
  18. Has anyone figured out the constellation that is on the Knights Templar coin? I remember RWD mentioning that it was important as well as the location of the two spears.
  19. It is not paint like Chromalusion on cars. It is an annodizing process as far as I know.
  20. A wile back I saw an sale link for the oil slick starfish, well I think that is what it was called. I am interested and curious as to whether it is possible to do a coin in a true oil slick finish? In this link http://www.pbase.com/wolf13/image/84511552 you can see an oil slick finish that looks just like an oil slick. Would this be possible to reproduce on a coin? I know that the base metal on the paintball gun is aluminium but I am not sure that anyone would buy a coin that has a light feel but an awesome look. What are the usual base metals for coins? I know that I have a lot of questions and I hope that all the great coiners in here can give me some pointers or a nudge in the right direction. If the link doesn't work I'll try to post another pic. kayn
  21. Haiku is real hard Yime compass rose makes me grin perfect color scheme
  22. Hope it's ok to add another one to the list. The word alot is actually supposed to be two words but I see it as one a lot.
  23. I never got an e-mail I just got my magenta handles in the mail. Awesome coins and I am happy with them.
  24. Have a MOGA Pistola in antique copper with magenta handle. Looking for any of the other handle colours. kayn
