Thanks for the replies. I just haven't come across a general TB. We'll just drop it off in a cache then and do nothing to it

We picked up a TB that was just the tag, no object. I looked it up when we got home, and it has no purpose, We are the first to pick it up. Does this mean we choose the purpose, or it's just a blank tag and we just send it off without adding to it??
