Yes. It has to clear customs and I had to call it a 'medallion' since coins are not allowed to be sent to Canada. (the postal worker looked it up in a huge blue book!). Hope it arrives soon. Ohhh I sent a coin to a cacher in the US and labeled it geocoin on the customes form.. It has not arrived yet so I wonder if this is the holdup. Good to know.

I have a feeling mine will take a bit longer since its coming to Canada!

Well I have an interest in Geocoins and I would gladly buy a few if you mint them! thanks! Oh and regarding tracking, it does add cost to the coins and it seems like most collectable items go missing I am not a fan of it. I personally woudl use them as trade items. But having said..your coin = your choice, I would buy them regardless.

Here in Alberta there is a virtual cache that is based around Alberta survey marker "brass caps". In this case the location is moved around the province so can be logged by people all over the province. And not that it really matters greatly , these do go towards your find count. In my area I am famous for not bringing a writing instrument..due to forgetting, lost it, etc... SO much so that at an event I was given a package of pencils. People even mention it in their cache description..."XRN95...remember to bring a pen!!" When I have to, I usually grab a leaf, blade of grass or fold a page of the log into an airplane or something. Its pretty bad that when people find something like that in the log they know I was there, lol.

I had 3 bugs go missing within 2 moves. No religous , political theme etc. It can happen to anybug so i think its highly possible it might be random.
