Hello Naomi! Well, I do not know much about Geocoins yet! I do not know where to see them all! I will place here my list, but I am afraid that it is a dream list only! A reason is that my wallet limit is very low! Anyway, I have seen a nice geocoin in the shape of an aeroplane, something like a stealth! I like that one! I also like a coin (I think it is a coin), that has the shape and the design of a Lion? Is this a part of a zodiac collection! I hope that there is an Aries too! I would like one of the mystery coins! I am listening so many things about them that they are almost a legend!! Hmm...maybe one of the enigma coins (If it is not a mystery coin too). I like puzzles! If there are geocoins with the shape of your state for example and there are other coins with different states (In shape too), I would like to have them or see them close together creating a map! Can you imagine to have a collection of all USA states, in their shapes and when you were putting them in the right order to create the USA map? I do not know if this is already done!!! I heard somewhere that there are new geocoins that smell??? Hmm.... I would like one in my list! And finally...your vicking coin! ...And a wooden nickel just for fun! Well, I do not know a lot about this, I am not married, I am not a father so... As I saw, my sister posted a story about me!!! I feel a litle strange right now! Anyway, I can add only a small story just to participate too, and if I get lucky, to win a geocoin! I have a friend, that actually never met from cloce! I had an internet transaction with him, because I collect silver coins and Banknotes! We became good friends and since that day, we communicate via emails everyday! Not only one email per day!!! Anyway, he is a very good man, and a very good friend! He invided me to his wedding but I couldn't go! He lives in a foreign country and I was working at that time! Jobs here in Rhodes, are mostly seasonal, so I couldn't get some days off! He asked me to help him with something in the wedding! He did not have a silver sixpence!!! You know...something old, something new... I had only one in my collection, but I sent it to him! It was for a good reason and my silver coin had a goal now, to make their wedding a perfect one! The coin did a great job!!! His wife became pregnant and I was the first, exept of the family, to know it!! When she was about to deliver the baby, my friend was so anxious!!! He did not have anyone from his family because they were living in an other country!!! All night he was calling me or sending me messages in my mobile, from the waiting room of the hospital! I stayed awake keeping him company! Even if I was far away, I was there for him! When the new day was here, when the sun was coming out, his baby boy was born! My friend was so happy! I am sure you know this feeling and the reactions you have by being a parent, first time!!! I was feeling so happy too! A great feeling even for a friend who supports a new father - friend!!! Nikos.

I wanted so much a baby brother or sister!! I was 5 years old and i was going to kindergarden. all my schoolmates had brothers except me! I was feeling bad and I was praying to God for a baby! Then mum said that a baby was in her belly and after a few months I would be able to meet him or her! That happened by the end of the summer, a lot of years ago, and I could watch her getting fatter every single month! I remember myself trying to listen to our baby while he was moving inside mum! I could wait for hours until I could make out a movement, and that was the happiest moment! I started going to the first class of our secondary school, and everyone knew that a baby was on the way! I was telling everyone that we were expecting a baby, as if I was a mother myself! Anyway the happy day arrived! Mum was going to the hospital and of course I didn't go to school. I was too happy, too excited!! My mum loved tulips, that was our favourite flower for both her and me, so I asked my father to take me to a florist! The problem was that I was too young and I couldn't pronounce the word correctly, so I was asking for a toulapa instead of toulip! Toulapa is the word we use in Greece for wardrobe!! Can you imagine how the florist reacted? He could not understand me and of course I was very ungry because he was delaying me from the Great meeting!!! At last, my dad tried to explain what I wanted, and of course how much I loved this baby! I got my beautiful tulips and finally we arrived at the hospital! He was so Hundsome!!! A boy, my little brother! He was born on 28th March 1975 and I was so happy, that I couldn't even talk! And then, a big problem appeared!!! Please don't laugh at me, but I thought in my silly child mind, that the nurses would come late at night and would take my brother away from us secretly! I was so afraid that I didn't go to our home until mum got out of the hospital!! I was sleeping, eating, actually staying with them at the same room, and if anyone dared to come near my precious brother I was guarding!! No one could touch him!!!! Well, my dear Nikos, that's his name, grew up to a be a very nice person, the brother I was dreaming about! Now we are both grown ups, adults, and we still love each other completely! He is the most precious gift my parents and God gave me! I am about to get married and start my own family, but the experience I got as a child waiting for a baby, is something I will never forget! This boy, is a geocacher, and we are geocaching together, including my fiance! We are under the same code name : gatoulis! That's my 10 cents for a gorgious brother, a perfect man, and he is also going to be our best man, in our wedding!!! Giota. P.S.: It is the first time I am writing here at the foroums! Hello! gretting from Greece! I am not a child! sorry for this! I would just like to say some things, if I am allowed to! Sorry if my english are not good enough! It is a great idea to make a geocoin for children! children are our future! Geocache has a tiny but precious greek word on it! Geo comes from Gea! Mother Earth! Geocaching helps people to come closer to nature, closer to mother earth and understand some things we have forgotten during time! We forgot to love earth, we forgot to love and protect nature! Earth gives us life! geocaching gives us a new way, a good way of living! even if we do not relise that, we are changing into better men! geocaching even help us to come closer! Yes! Since children are learning to be geocacher and are learning to love our planet, I believe that a nice geocoin would be a design with children in all colors and from all continents, smilling, holding hands in a circle like dancing, and in the midle there is Earth! Our beautiful planet! on their t-shirts they can have one letter and all the children together can create the word Geocaching! their clothes can be colorfull! we can use many different colors, for example, yellow T-shirt and green trousers... I am not good in designs or drawings! Sorry, I will not place any photos! (Plus that I do not know how!) I will let your mind and your fantasy to make the desing!
