In Missouri you can register a complaint online with the State Attorney General and be done with it in half an hour. Yes, they will contact out of state sources to get it done. Our complaint involved a business in eastern US. The matter was resolved very quickly for us. Hope other states have the same set up.

You're not wrong. Labels such as "Lame, Pointless and Stupid" are entirely subjective. I could tell you what I consider to be LPS, and my definition would likely come real close to that of the pooch who knows Chad, but the next guy might think they are the bee's knees. As such, I prefer to qualify all my LPS statements by pointing out that they are my opinion, and that I recognize that my opinion is biased. They're all LPS and are mightily cussed until I find 'em,then it's "Oh Gee,that wasn't to hard,darn good hide actually".
