Hey gang, Anyone out there from Virginia or been to any camping locations in Virginia that are close to a zillion cache's? In the very, very early stages of trying to get something together for cachers from our little tiny state to take a vacation down in Virginia to do some group caching. Just to get out of the state and see some real mountains. The camping areas could have either camp sites or cabins or both. Any suggestions on any areas would be appriciated. thanks Howie

Ok, maybe this is a silly or even stupid question but....... I've been a premium member since last year and I want to pay for a years subscription for my brother in law. I bring up the "Become a premium member" link on the main page and it just gives me my information and a block for me to renew. How other than sending them a check can I get paypal to pay for a new account for him? thanks

Congrats to Mike Ott for reaching 100 finds! In my mind he is one of the top geocachers in Delaware. Although he has just hit the 100 mark I think he takes more pride in his "Hides". He surely does the most work on researching a cache site before putting one there. Alas, I will admit I was guilty of this, I just had the number on my picture of the TB and I'm not sure if it was jbhooker3 or who that wrote me and told me about that. I guess i wan't using common sense. Or maybe it was just me thinking that noone would do that. DAAAAAAA But I did thank that person and did make changes....... I do think that yes the more experienced on the site should help the new members, and then they in turn will help another new member and so on................. anyway good topic and thanks........ Very Happy here.... One hat----fine(not sure if others know this or not, but at a "HAT" store that sells all those new baseball caps that the kids wear they have a plastic hat thing that you put your grungy hat in and it closes to keep its shape and you put the thing in the dishwasher, yes even with dirty dishes and that baby will come out clean as a whistle) they cost about $10 and I use it for all my hats. One large metal water container---love it, no probs Stickers galore ------fine TB's great lanyard i use all the time just got a few of the micro containers all in all I think the quality is just fine and for the price actually a good deal.....

Great Idea! I also don't think it should count for finds of course and I like the little smiley trash can........ just something to show that we all are Trashing Out from cache sites.

Hmm..... my middle name is Howard and my youngest daughter (18) calls me Howie all the time so i just picked that and the 57 is from the year i was born............ Didn't take much thinking but hey i haven't been able to think too much since the 70's
