I love them so much, There was a locationless cache for them but it no longer exists. It would be great to get a catagory for them. How does one get a catagory started?

how can i get a copy of county or city bench mark placements? In my search for bench marks i am finding alot of city bench marks not listed with the national ones at the same locations or close to. can anyone help me?
