  1. Well, I haven't been following Waymarking and I don't understand the concepts of groups, but I joined the Nude Beaches group. Now, what does that mean? Nudecacher
  2. Thanks, Chae, I love it. Wished I had the resources to fly over for an event to kick it off. One point for the detractor though, check with any naturist/nudist group and you will see that social nudity is a family friendly activity and that children are appreciated and well cared for. Children make natural nudists. But I pun. To think otherwise ignores the 200 million years of evolution of the species. We've only been constrained by clothing for the past 5000 years, an extremely recent occurrence. Nudecacher
  3. What's so silly about that? Nudecacher
  4. Ditto with Mozilla 1.7.12. Nudecacher
  5. What do you mean by adult magazine? Nudity is not the same thing as adult entertainment and LARC is a family oriented nudist club. Nudecacher
  6. Cache detail pages all give me the error "The type initializer for "Groundspeak.Web.CustomWpt.Geocache" threw an exception." and I get this page when I try to go to "Hide & Seek a Cache": Server Error in '/' Application. Method not found: Int32 ?.get_AppID(). Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: Int32 ?.get_AppID(). 7. Here's another one: (GCK72W) Canal 'n' Cache by altigenman Nudecacher p.s. and yet another: (GCKMF2) Pre Tank 'n' Cache by altigenman
  8. Is this a known problem or even possibly a database corruption? I get the error when I click "GPS eXchange File (*.gpx)" on this page: GCJJJ4 Sciaticus Boulevard by altigenman Nudecacher
  9. Did it fail all together? I've been terrably disappointed with Microsoft software through the years and have personally preferred Linux and other higher quality stuff that wasn't written as if it was for toy applications. I always wonder if that isn't the main problem at gc.com? Thanks for the site and the work supporting and creating the geocaching activity, Jeremy. Nudecacher
  10. I remember when Nudecacher was worth multiple topics in the forums instead of just a passing comment. Nudecacher
  11. My Wear a Smile, Nothing Else puzzle is a fun cache to add to those on the BCM. Nudecacher
  12. I've started my blog in November and only have a couple of postings so far. I've just submitted it to Geocacher-U Personal Website Links as suggested above. We'll see if it gets listed there. My "Geocaching Muse by Nudecacher" blog contains ramblings about the sport of geocaching, geocachers, and the Groundspeak official geocaching site. Nudecacher
  13. I printed a bunch of cache pdf files for the Bellingham Cache Machine and have a feature request. Only the first page has identification headers on it, so the second and subsequent pages can't be identified if the pages get out of order. This is important when the drivers for an unnamed Microsoft operating system garbage up a page and one has to go back and reprint some of them. Having at least a small header with the waypoint would be very nice, even when printed two-sided with only two pages. The new layouts are great! Nudecacher
  14. That's when using a decent tabbed browser like Firefox shines. You just bring up the cache page in another tab and click back and forth. I do that and copy/paste information all the time. IE is much too obsolete to be useful. Nudecacher
  15. Two more hours. It accepted my picture. "Watch Out!" We've already broken out the chaimpaigne. Happy NUDE year! Nudecacher
  16. Can we have the bcm_route.est file? It would be neat to have a Google Earth file with the route and then play the automated tour zoom. I don't know how to create it, but I was thinking that the maps would be fun to play with. Nudecacher
  17. Mine ran and were sent shortly after I posted above. Nudecacher
  18. I have 5 new queries every day that usually run between 12:20am and 1:00am. None ran last night. Nudecacher
  19. I shifted to a gmail account to avoid periodically having this problem. I use the pop server to automatically download them to Mozilla Thunderbird and my local drive. Google gmail also keeps an archive version of the pocket query in the gmail.com web access archive which can be used as backup if I were to have a problem on my local system. Nudecacher
  20. At the bottom of the Groundspeak Forums page upon entering it appears to give a count. I've been watching this number for two months and it never changes. Is there a bug here that nobody ever notices or am I missing something? I haven't paid attention to the other information, so I don't know if it has the same story.
