Same problem (Win10, Chrome) Chrome's console keeps showing the following error: "Failed to parse SourceMap: https://www.geocaching.com/map/js/dist/jquery-migrate.min.map" Trying to access the URL directly gives an 404 error.

It's not July 30th for another hour. Plus, it says morning, so I doubt that will be at midnight. It seems to be now (the morning). They still didn't share the puzzle with basic members The only channel (that I have noticed) is Facebook, where they gave away the solution but not the puzzle. Where is this info on GC.com and Twitter? This is poor communication from GS (including the "tips & tricks")

Where is the message for basic members? I think it is already July 30th at HQ! I couldn't find it on any of the channels:

Please, give the devs a heads up to revert the changes they made to SSL/TSL protocol versions!
-
They seem to have moved from TSL 1.0 to a newer version (TSL 1.1 or 1.2). Older Android devices can't cope with this My 4.1 doesn't work.

Clearing the gc.com cookies did not help, the map is blank Win 10 and Chrome. On my tablet the vanilla browser has no issues, map is displayed ok. But Chrome on the same tablet shows the white map.

Oh bad, I'm having the same problem

Those aren't single quotes - they're arc minute signs (or at least they are in the source code)! Seriously, are they causing any particular problem? The idea of including them in the example was to show that the Freeform Coordinates box will let you cut'n'paste in coordinates copied from other places without having to worry too much about odd punctuation. You can use most relatively sane formats too: decimal degrees or degrees, minutes and decimal seconds (with or without punctuation) should work too. Yes, single quotes were causing a problem. But it might be that the culprit is my text-editor that turned minutes into quotes! Sorry for a false alarm, keep up the good work

@JRI Re: V7.3.1 line 2663, col ~600 grDiv.innerHTML = '<h5>Ordnance Survey Grid Reference :</h5> ... name="gme_coords" id="gme_coords" placeholder="N 51° 10.683' W 001° 49.604'"/> degrees signs and single quotes should be removed! Cheers stebu

I strongly support grandfathering, 'cause I and several others have used HTML links to various statistic pages to prove that we've met the requirements of the challenge caches.

Same problem here. Using Win7, Chrome (both up to date). The new version of the server is server=web01; build: tucson.main.release-integrated-pipeline-mode.release_459 Edit: With server=web15; build: tucson.main.release-integrated-pipeline-mode.release_459 the map works fine! Go figure?
-
It seems to be broken. There are several people complaining about this! Probably the latest update is faulty: server=web08; build: tucson.main.release-20151111.1.release_432
-
Seems to still work with Chrome on Win7.

Are the "communicators" for other brands working? I.e. DeLorme, Magellan, Falk and Rand McNally. If they are working, the users wont be coming here and vote to keep the button alive!
-
I finally figured it out. At the bottom of the forum pages there's a selection for a skin for the forums. Geocaching skin works fine and doesn't try to access "yak.web......".

Really, can't you do anything? It is not a big problem, but it is annoying when the loading wheel keeps on spinning. Or is it just me, in Finland using Chrome (latest version) on Win 7? AdBlock on/off doesn't matter. All right, if I try with IE, there are no ill effects? Chrome users, what should I twiddle?

When reading the forums, the page will never be loaded completely. The images from http://yak-web.hq.Groundspeak.biz/GC/public/style_images/master/tab_left.png fail to load.

Release Notes (Message Center) - September 1, 2015
stebu replied to Geocaching HQ's topic in Geocaching HQ communications
I can't see the new settings? Because I'm connected to server=web16; build: tucson.main.release-20150820.release_349 -

I received a message today as a response to mine. I can't figure out how to turn off the indication of having one unread message? I think the indication should vanish when I click on the thread that has the new message. I didn't try responding to the message, since that shouldn't be the only way to reset the indication. That sounds like a bug - can you let me know which browser you are using and what version number? Did it clear eventually (within 10-20 seconds)? No, it's still on. I'm using Chrome Version 43.0.2357.134 dev-m on Win7. On that note I tried my phone's (Android) stock browser and there the indication was off ??? PS Sean, I sent you a PM Now the indication is gone
