I hate it when I find candy wrappers and trash, but what I thought was the worst was when someone put jolly ranchers in one of my caches in a wooded area. It got all over everything and was apparently ransacked by some kind of animal because the cache was broken open.

I didn't find it in the cache, and it was before the Cache was there. I was sledding at the area right next to where the cache would be in the future, when I ran right into a MUTALATED DEER, the only things left were the head and antlers, and skin on the legs, the rest was torn out, probably by the neighboring Cougar, who lives across the street. But I screamed like a girl, and told all of my friends to come and look at it! The cache is called Dirt Hills, due to the Dirt Bike Jumps below the cache area, and the area I was sledding in was to the left of the cache.

I think that if you can't get to the cache and actually sign the log book in the cache, to me you haven't "found it" just yet. But thats just my opinion I guess. I guess if you want to think that you've found the cache just cuz you've seen it then go ahead and keep thinking.... go on... do it...... -that's my 4 cents which is better than 2

I'm not a premium member so I can't get the gpx. file.... I guess the only way to do that is to sign up... By the way can mapsend use .gpx files?

Hey, when I download files on to my Magellan Explorist 500 the hint doesn't show up on the file or the GPS. Why, and is there a way to make it so there is a hint when I download the file?
