What's going on? My puzzle has been out for nearly 12 hours now, and nobody's found it? Maybe the sun has addled your brains. Come on you lot!
I took a look and my head is still spinning! Maybe a couple of beers will help...

So, to spice things up, anyone out there wanna publicly annouce their intentions to grab the Udesignit Card this time around? Sort of put your geo-stuff on the line so to speak? Have a race like the recent Magellan thing? If we get some contestants here, I'll announce the time of my bug-drop log and then sit at the cache with a flashlight and a paper bag and watch for the snipes......
Can someone re-grab it, that is, if they've already had it once?

The funny thing is the handle, "PassingWind", comes from the name of a waterfront pub I used to frequent often while working on the island of Bermuda, and yes the Cheribe was part of the pub decor.
But then again, for those who know me would think of it as the "act of"
So I guess it could be played both ways.
I'll have some pix of the new little Geo-Peanut sometime Friday....time to sleep.
Hey Now! Congrats on the new one, PW!
Now for something completely different... Two new caches in the pipeline, located in Old Town, get down there with your wireless connection and hit refresh, refresh, refresh, refresh, refresh, refresh, refresh...

Just wondering if any of you know, a Geocaching Tool, by the name of "EMC of Northridge, CA"?
The POS has ripped off at least two Jeep travel bugs (a yellow and now a white).
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
AND WHAT CAN WE DO TO STOP IT?
I would like to see a white Jeep someday...but if people like this think that they can just take them, then I guess I never will.
The Jeep Co. asks of the Jeep TB's, "Log your visit, and move me to a new geocache! "
I understand some things are ok to keep...Mount10bike says if you want to keep one of his coins that is ok. However comma people still feel the need to hide them in disabled caches. If they want to keep one (as approved by the owner) then have the balls to say that you are keeping it and keep it in your name!
I know what you mean. The jeep(visit link) that I asked politely for, was sent to me, and I put it into a cache disappeared in a puff of smoke. I've e-mailed Auendave several times with no answer. What can ya do?
D!
Edit: Actually, looks like he took two: (visit link)

Champagne? Is that to send TT off? Or to celebrate? Or just because you love
us so & want to share.
I went out & grabbed another TT cache today after work.
Gotta get them while we still can. (I don't think we'll ever get all of them.
)
A little from column A and a little from column B.

I would like to congratulate Duscwé! (Duncan) on 1800 caches and 100+ in the last week. Bravo Zulu!
WooooHoooooo!! Go get 'em, Duncan!
Thanks guys!
I took several days at my Dad's cabin near Lake Arrowhead and went crazy. Funny, I saw TR Violin's sig at a cache in San Bernardino. So? It was the same morning! That man has got to get a cell phone!
I won't tell you the story of my jeep getting stuck in some deep sand and having to shell out 200 clams to get it unstuck...uh...I guess I just did. I had it in such a bad spot I didn't think they could get it out, but they did. Hazards of caching I guess. So when's the big party? I'll need to get more champagne.

Other early SD legends that disappeared:
Monteverde
Stork
Zcat
Vagabond
Radical Geezer
eporkchop
beeque
livingrttoo
Zar
wolflogic
nemethmik
Commander Cache
Anyone got the stories on their disappearances.. Or is it just like Jimmy Hoffa? An unsolvable mystery?
--TT--
Radical said he was writing a book, Livinrgttoo was very ill, and eporkchop moved to another state. I guess life gets in the way of geocaching sometimes, whatta drag. If only Jeff got married...

Over at Seaport Villiage, NW on Harbor, is a land and sea 2hour tour on an amphibian vehicle - pretty cool little tour.
I've always wanted to do that Seal Tour, here's the link:
Of course, you could always take in a game at Petco Park and watch the NL West leading San Diego Padres! I'm going to reset my cache there Friday night.

What to do in your free time?
Geocache!
Old Town is a short trolley ride from New Town. A little birdie told me that there'll be some more caches there soon. Here's a cache in OT:GCG5GH When is the conference?

Out caching today in MTRP on South Fortuna Trail. I found a cache called Another Micro in MTRP, or something like that, but it's not on the website? This cache had been stored in my GPSr for a while I guess. and after bagging I Wonder where the bread is this cache was the nearest available.
Anyone know anything about this one.
DBTracker
TR Violin archived it.
I guess you could still log it, you found it. I did.

Hey now! . . . Does that mean you will have to change the name of this cache?
I did ask her, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm afraid she was a little miffed at me. Oh, well. I asked her about Bob's TB also.

Duscwé! and I are planning a visit to The Proctor Valley Monster Project cache tomorrow evening at approx 9P.
Anyone interested in joining us email either one of us.
We will be meeting onsite as he is coming in from the west (Pt Loma), and I from the east (Lakeside).
Afterwards, ¿quien sabe? more caching?
Hey Sport Fans, any chance we can back it up to 9:30? Thanks,
D!

Congratulations, Sean!
And...I know it's short notice, but... I'm hitting the Bear Valley Loop caches on Thursday, if anyone is interested in tagging along let me know.

Just a reminder:
This Sunday at 9PM on NBC
Law & Order: Criminal Intent
"The Unblinking Eye"
A young actor is wounded and his fiancee killed, leading detectives to look into a high-tech treasure-hunting game called geocaching.
Don't forget everyone!!!
So, a little poetic license or WHAT!!
Buried cache that needs to be dug up with a spade;
A whole bag full of expensive swag;
GPS technology that allows you to track someone else's vehicle on a PDA;
Anything else????
Hey Now!
Troulbeshooting a TV show is as futile as giving a cat a bath...so here goes...
The killers used the GPS tracking to determine which cache(s) she vistited? They couldn't just check her logs? Also, I can't find a friggin' paintball container next to a rock, but the fuzz can find a "hoodie" and a gun buried under a flat rock? Maybe they should start caching... And what was with that riddle? At least the cacher wasn't the killer!

PS I have not had a FTF since I got married.
Yes....this happens all the time. It's called the "Mark71mark Syndrome"
This is, of course, why I stay single. Though it appears pqmommy and Splashette have this quest to hook me up.
--TT--
Hey Now! Tom and I have wives and we have 1500+ finds! Of course, we've both have been married 12+ years ( although, I'm sure it's more for Tom)!

Congrats TT on 2K!!!!
