Uhm I don't think you should bury anything. It's kind of against the rules. I've been thinking about how to make fake Cow piles, not somthing I'm proud of but it never would have happened except for goecaching. Try getting a real one, letting it dry out, then apply some acrylic over it and a matte spray to finish it off. It may work.

I am currently dealing with having a find of mine deleted on a recent cache I found from a cacher whose locationless cache I denied well over a year ago. Part of being "the man"

I have had 3 go missing but only one of those a theft so to speak. 2 of them had their trees cut down and hauled away (park clean up after a storm).

Sounds like a drug drop rather than a geocache. Most of the ones I find have loose change or maybe a sac dollar or a WG dollar. Large amounts really are rare. If you find one, let me know. Hey, I am missing an ammo can with lots of cache...
