  1. Lee Valley. Any hardware store might have 'em
  2. certainly . It's your cache of course!
  3. Were the trackables actually mentioned as a FTF prize on the cache page? I like to leave activated TBs in my own caches when I place them. I never intended them as prizes just the added bonus of finding a TB in the cache (always brings a smile to my face anyways). Sometimes they were TBs I was realeasing into the wild and sometimes they have been other TBs I am just moving along. Usually leave a buffalo nickel as FTF prize. Definitely. Money is a good FTF prize too.
  4. I know that the app 'Cachely' allows you to give favorite points. But I don't know if it allows you to access field notes.
  5. Can other forum topic owners lock topics? Or can only lackeys, moderators, or people with special authorizations can lock a topic?
  6. You know how when you create a geocache, most people go to the link, where it says, 'use this system to rate your geocache'. One of my results was 1/1, but my cache was a mystery cache. Should Geocaching.com put different rating systems? e.g. multi, mystery etc.
  7. Has anybody ever submitted a geocache for review, and posting a a note to say when it's ok to publish it? Example: I hide a cache, submit for review, post a note to say when to publish it. Reviewer will say 'yes'. I didn't hide the cache yet, so that's why i'm asking. I say that the cache is hidden, and the reviewer will publish it. Any experiences, similar situations? If yes, what was the result?

  9. vous pouvez supprimer les journaux en tant que propriétaire de la cache en cliquant sur " Afficher le journal " sur la page de cache . Ensuite , appuyez sur le bouton ' supprimer ' ( icône est une poubelle )
  10. Anybody have some ideas or instructions on 'fake' caches? Example: Fake rocks, plants, bolts etc.
  11. The YouTube channel 'Unique Caches' has somegood ones including this video.
  12. A local cacher places a bison tube in the mouth of a rubber lizard, or in a slit cut in the toy. These are placed in the forest away from muggles, where normally someone like me would DNF a Micro in the woods. Having it as part of a colorful fake lizard, turns it into a possible find. Even likely. Thanks!
  13. Mostly, is Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada. I haven't seen any bison tubes there but I'll check.
  14. Any places to buy bison tubes in Canada? I know they have some at MEC, but is there anywhere else?
  15. I'm planning on hiding a bison tube soon. Anyone have any ideas on where to hide them, creative ideas, or just something really fun to hide!
  16. Exactly. There is also Target, Dollarama (in Canada), Dollar Tree (in USA) in other great places. Even sometimes corner stores! We have Dollar Tree in Canada too. True but I wanted to say the more 'popular' one

  19. Thanks! I have a HUGE Power Trail near me!
