Great news on your progress! I additon to adding WYSIWYG editor to logs, you have partly fixed the problem with extended UTF-8 characters. I can see correct latvian characters when I write "glāšķūņu rūķīši" in log entry or trackable descriptions. Now you only need to fix that for cache dedcriptions!
