I can not connect to my Garmin 60CSx with my new PC running Windows 8. It says the unit is not digitally signed, I confirmed with Garmin the digital signature is correct and that I have all of the correct drivers. In W8 device manager, general tab it gives the error code:
"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"
I have uninstalled reinstalled many times with the same results. The unit works on my daughters laptop with Vista, my old laptop with XP, and my work laptop with W7. I can not get any reply back from Windows, Garmin techs worked with me for weeks and we came to the conclusion its a W8 problem.
Any one else have this problem?
