This program exists. I don't have my PPC at hand to check its name, but the program was written by an UK geocacher and can do Enigma, Rot13, Vigenere and some more decryptions. Edit to add: it's Cipher Notepad.

I disagree. IMHO there will be cheap coins in the future, but there will be higher-priced also; you get what you pay for. Nobody will expect a Laptop or a Morpheus Hinged Butterfly for $8, but there will be coins with less cost-producing extras. 1,5', round, 2D, no colours? These coins can look great, it depends on the design.

No problem. It's a great coin and definitely worth the waiting. Also there are some christmas coins arriving right now, so everyone of us coinaholics should survive this delay.
