Welcome to this mega ‘MOAC’ cointest topic. In this topic I will have organize three different cointests at the same time and one just after these three have ended. And, as if that is not enough, there will be a bonus price for one of you who have entered all four cointests. But first some rules. I am the one and only judge. As this topic is for geocachers of all ages we will keep it nice and child friendly. Anyone can play as many times in as many cointests as you want, but only one entry per post for one of the three cointests per post. In other words, your entries should not be three in one post. And these are the first 3 cointests: These first three cointests will end on Sunday December 13th 2009 20.00 CET. 1. What would you do for a coin? Please let us know what you are willing to do just to win a geocoin in this cointest. Remember, winning this cointest equals doing what you have promised in your answer. 2. This year is almost coming to an end. So please show us your most beautiful, sad, funny, tragic or epic picture you took while you were out Geocaching this year. Please do tell us the story that goes behind the picture. 3. Show and tell us your hobbies other then geocaching and collecting geocoin. Make sure you tell us all a convincing story, show us a photo or drawings. I know ‘stamp collecting’ can be fun, but only these two words won’t make you a winner in this cointest. And here is cointest 4 (contributions must be send to my emailaddress) The fourth and cointest will begin around Sunday December 13th 2009. 4. Cointest 4 will be based on your childhood photographs. We all are very curious about how we all looked like when we were kids, so please send your childhood photograph to Team Van Stoffelen at cointest{AT}Huiberts.info. The judges (who can be described as me, myself and I) have come together and studied all contributions carefully. Fist of all, thank you all for the nice contributions and sharing your photo's and stories. I had a great time reading them and I hope it's the same for you. In this cointest there is only one winner, but there are some contributions that lost, but in the eyes of the jury deserves everlasting glory. Not that that counts for a free geocoin though, but hey, it's nice to know: • Milliballon's contribution of the youngest cacher in the family made me smile. The cache can be found, but the question is if the cacher can be found. • Catsntfish contribution of the great Greek thinker Gatoulis. Never met him in person, but looking at the photo the ancient greeks philisophers have some great competition. • Murphyrulez with the pumpkincacher. I sure hope that he is sure about the cache, otherwise mister and misses farmer won't be very happy. • DJ. J. Rock for showing his daughter. Please all take a look at this topic. But then there was a decision to make. Two contributions where battling for victory. vbpad with the photo of his or hers passed away geocaching friend, and team moxiepup with there exploring four-feeted friend. Two months ago we have to put our 17 year old Jack Russell Terrier Max to sleep. So it's not so strange that these photo's appealed to me. Thanks all for the replies so far. I have figured out what to cost will be to ship these geocoins overseas. It will cost you € 11,85 (appr. $ 17,30) and you'll have to sign for the package. When the shipment is damaged of lost TNT Post Netherlands will pay € 50 for the damage (as they claim on there website). Insured for a higher value will cost € 3 (appr. $ 4,38) extra. And let let you know where we all stand now. Per geocoin an offer of $ 75 has been made. I have been asked why not on ebay. Well i do think that is just too much a hastle for me. And by the way, there will be another party - ebay - that has to get there money. And I do like to see these geocoins to people who I have met already on the forum. Okay, I am throwing in a cointest once again. I might seem desperate getting rid of my geocoins. The truth is that I am downsizing. Partly by selling, partly by releasing them into the big wide world and partly by giving them away in a cointest. This is one cointest, or should I say one cointest, three to be, four in total... What are we going to do? Next week I am planning to throw in another 3 cointests. At this time I have not decided what these cointests will be, so I need your help.
