  1. Yes and too bad keystone feels that its ok to make privet emails public. I guess there would be no sense in sending him a privet message since he doesn't know what privet means.
  2. LOL I was just going to post that I was checking the the wrong email address and apologize. My bad for my terrible memory but your rudeness is still uncalled for. I didn't not personally attack you but yet you seem to want to attack. I guess that makes you feel more important...
  3. Hmm I sure don't remember that and checking me past emails from that time frame I have nothing from you concerning it... Oh and I wasn't trying to be rude like you are to me. edit: I also want to add that there wasn't anything wrong and nothing had to be changed with the caches that I placed. Thats why I am not understanding why it took a over a week on a couple and why you would have to explain something to me in "considerable detail".
  4. Could be minutes, hours, days or a week. it just all depends on your reviewer. I place a few one day, a couple were posted that same day and it took over a week for him to post the rest (I have no idea what his problem was).
  5. I wasn't recommending those units as I know what his price range is, I was pointing out to him that not all Garmins have the problems that he thought they did. He will learn though that the Magellans have the same problems under heavy tree cover
  6. http://gsak.net/ be sure to check out the forums on that site as I'm willing to bet that almost every question has been answered.
  7. I guess you missed the 60csx, 60cx, 76csx & 76cx. Those 4 Garmins will walk all over any Magellan under heavy tree cover.
  8. That and you look goofy walking around the woods with it on your head
  9. PM only caches are not as common as you think. As a matter of fact there are only 11 within 100 miles of my location and the closest is 43 miles away.
  10. I think the police would rather just blow it up
  11. Please explain. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&saf...ing&spell=1
  12. You can go with more amps BUT the GPS is only going to pull what it needs. Since none of these are regulated power supplies I will again say that it should work just fine.
  13. No problems here. I just ran a PQ and got the email less then 1 minute later. I'm using gmail in case that makes any difference.
  14. Did you even try loading any maps to it yet? In addition to my Garmin I too have a Sportrak and never had to enter any code in the mapsend software.
  15. No, I said "they wont work that well under heavy tree cover", I never said they were useless because like you said that isn't true. The units with the sirf chip DO work better under heavy tree cover and would be the "better" unit for caching compared to the rest. So, IMO the 60csx - 60cx are the better units for caching.
  16. Nothing beats The Caching Pump http://www.spaceschool.com/geocaching/The_Caching_PUMP.mp3
  17. Clicking on File and then Print should do it. If not then you can always copy and paste what you want in word or notepad.
  18. They should be listed with the caches in your area.
  19. Almost does not count and black widows are not as dangerous are most people think they are.
  20. But they all wont work that well under heavy tree cover. Thats where the 60 CSX and CX shine. He was asking for the best unit not the best deal
