The solution checker is not working also... What a mess (again)

Hi A college of mine has the problem with the standard Groundspeak checker, the recapha ALWAYS asks for a additional foto recognition check (the 6 foto's in witch you have to pick 3 of the same) even the next day this keeps happening immediatly ?? Is this something you can solve by removing the coockies? Already cleaned the browser history What else could we try?? THANKS!!

Seems to be the cookies... Not all allowed, then you don't get to edit your own caches... Sad...very sad (we PAY for the use)

Is there a problem with the website? I cant edit the Additional Waypoints from a multi. They are not visible in the edit mode How do i solve this??

Had the same thing allready a week ago. Then i restrted the app after every wrong anwer. After that i saw on facebook that you simply can give in the correct answer after tha...annoing!

Hi, A friend has a travelbug witch has a KEY symbol on the 'type of log' dropdown menu Only he sees this key , i don't! If i look at my own tb's i don't see this key? What that about?

Update , last trick did remove the KEY symbol. Next problem is that after i did the test , he publiched 4 more , but mij app reads COMPLETED ( i only completed 1)

Can't swipe left anywhere?? A few hours ago i was in a other city and i could reach the othe caches on the app (with great trouble i want to add) Is the map unther the explanation clickable? a few hours ago yes , now ... no ????

Hi As a co of an adventure lab , i would like to follow who logd the adventure. I can download the XML file but this is unreadeble in a normal way. Why is this file set up as an xml file and more importand how can i display the statistics in a readeble way? Thanks

Hi A few weeks ago i helped a college to set up his first adventure lab. I tested it and it worked fine , but he had not set up his 4 other labcaches for that series... So when i tested it , it completed te hole set without me being able to play the other 4 labcaches! Now he has completed the set. I am not able to see or play the other 4 , and a KEY symbol is set where the main labcache starts Whats the problem , and how would i solve it?

same problem here , as soon as we click on the CREATE button we get a error 500 (see my threath in this section) We contacted the help support a week or mor ago , no reply to the questions... We are in time need , for our event is today in 2 weeks!!!

Account : remoke We have to reenter the data every time we try it. So at the moment there is no data entered but the error 500 keeps preventing the creation of the adventure???

No thoughts about this problem?
