It's a very small park and on monday I am going to check if the city owns it

We have the area we want to put it in the container log stuff to put in but I need help I read all the info to tell you but I don't understand like who I have to contact to get it there and if it is allowed to be in the park It will be in south Jersey (Atlantic County)
