I'm wondering when the last day to enter is?

This happened to me a few weeks ago,
The day started off fine and I went to classes. When classes were over I met up with a couple of other riders from the UW Stout cycling club. It was nearing the end of the ride and getting dark. Going down Hwy B in Menomonie past a Walmart Distribution center. There was a truck approaching from the rear and we were going to turn left as was he. Some how the trucker didn't see me and my neon yellow jacket. He was dang lucky I wasn't going straight because he would have nailed me. He cut me off and I wasn't to happy about it. So in conclusion truckers watch out for bikes. Also don't honk your big horn either it scares the crap out of us.

Sunset at Crater Lake
Yes that is a thin layer of ice on the lake. This picture was taken in mid-June and we were lucky that half of the rim road had opened the day before we arrived.

Crater Lake
Oooo, pretty!
I'm sure some are thinking I grabbed it off the internet but I didn't. My family took a trip out west. We took a picture in the Morning, Afternoon, and at dusk.
I'd love to see the one taken at dusk.
I'll see what I can do. I'm in college right now and don't have the other shots on hand if this cointest stays open through Thanksgiving I'll post them when I go home.

A day I will never forget. Driving over a flooded road way in an RV up in Alaska in the middle of nowhere.
Ice from a glacier in Alaska.

Ok, here is the list I am willing to adopt out. Pick one and I will send the adoption. As they are picked, I will take em off the list.
Top 40: 510 Gang - Adopted
AS Soon as adoption is completed I will place them in the cache in front of my house. Let me know if there is something special you want done. Like a info card printed for the coin, or a hole drilled and a tag attached. I can do just about anything.
List updated.
Can I adopt the MWGB Parrot. I'm from Wisconsin and know that cacher. If yes I will adopt out the other coin I got.

Oh some of the things you will find while geocaching in northern Wisconsin.

when i was back in school about 8 years ago i had a pedal bike accident.
i use to ride everywhere, everyday, the average day worked out about 25 miles.
on one occassion we were off to the shops (me, my sister, and 3 of our friends) the first 3 miles were fine until we hit a little village........
out of the bush's come a big black cat right into our wheels, my friend swerved to avoid it and his front wheel locked up with my back wheel........ the results from that caused my bike to do a summer sault into the air.
The next thing i remeber is seeing a paramedic over the top of me as i was strapped to a board in the back of an ambulance.
from my friends and my distraught sister it turns out that as the bike flipped it threw me at about 30mph face first into the tarmac, knocking out 3 of my teeth, breaking my nose, and put a 8 inch crack in my>

it was later revealed that as i rolled over onto my back the bike finished its flip as the round end of the handel bar slammed into the top of my helmet.
The paramedics and police both stated that if i didnt have my helmet on, if the impact with the road hadn't killed me the handle bar whould have.
i am now recoved and still ride, but i would never dream of getting on a bike without a helmet pedal or petrol
Ouch!!
